A meeting place for researchers, vintners, policy-makers and educators - built around the vision of integrated vine and wine science.

Tokaj Vine and Wine Congress brings together the international community working at the intersection of viticulture, oenology, sustainability and the circular bioeconomy. Over four days in Sárospatak, scientific sessions, field visits and dialogue with the Tokaj wine region will trace where the discipline is heading next.

Our focus is transdisciplinary: five connected scientific sessions covering the vineyard, winemaking, health, cultural heritage and tourism, and education.
